Oct 22nd we received Article 5.
November 17th we received ARC.
January 21st we received NOC.

And today:
We received Verbal Court Approval!

I realize this is just so many words. Maybe it will help to know what comes next: Written Court Order. Then M's passport. And then we travel, hopefully in the next 2-3 months.

So if anyone checks this blog it is now up-to-date, as of April 4th, 2014.
