June, the year of the garage sale, and it's not even here yet. It's been good. Starting with a trailer load of goodies from Micah & Josie & friends. Another trailer from Eric & Heather & friends. Trunk loads from other friends. The treasures keep pouring in. And the building generously lent to us by Seth & Havilah. And my husband's willing arms & back. My children cheerfully (for all of you parents, you know that doesn't mean always, right?) playing and sometimes helping while I set up shop. Colista, coaching, encouraging, and even pricing on the day she learns they passed SARA! I got more work out of her than I expected after that praiseworthy news!
So, we're having a HUGE adoption benefit sale to raise $ to help bring M home. We are anxiously awaiting our official match (verbally they like us! They just need to make it official!); with that longed-for step comes our next bill, the heftiest one yet. We have half of it and so far we haven't had to borrow $ for the adoption. We'd rather not, thus, the garage sale.
